Kelley Coughlan Heck joined TRITEC Real Estate Company in 2014. Kelley’s focus is on acquisition, entitlements, financing, leasing, business development projects and community engagement, underscoring the commitment the company has in earning the support of the communities we serve. Kelley also provides financial analysis, due diligence and recommendations on the development, planning and management of TRITEC projects throughout the Long Island market.

Peter J. Dalaker, a 1979 Islip High School graduate, majored in biology and received All American Wrestling Honors at Southern Connecticut State University. Transitioning to home construction in 1985, he’s completed 200+ single-family homes and multiple residential complexes. With daughters Courtney Scarola and Ashley Dalaker, Peter expanded A.M.C. Enterprises LLC, now focusing on commercial builds for national brands and multi-family housing projects along the East Coast, demonstrating their versatility and adaptability in construction.

Mike Florio was appointed chief executive officer of the Long Island Builders Institute (LIBI) in January 2023. Prior to joining LIBI, Mike had an extensive career in government, policy and politics at both the local and federal level. He most recently served as chief of staff to Congressman Tom Suozzi.

Andrew V. Giambertone, AIA, president of Andrew V. Giambertone & Associates, is a prominent architect based on Long Island’s North Shore. A 1985 graduate of the New York Institute of Technology, Andrew has enjoyed serving discerning clientele for over 30 years in New York and Florida with a wide array of design expertise, specializing in luxury homes and upscale boutique hospitality venues. Additionally, Andrew is honored to serve on the board of The Caumsett Foundation.

John C. Kean founded Kean Development in 1980 serving as president and CEO for 44 years. Kean Development is a versatile, luxury residential and commercial development company with offices in Cold Spring Harbor, the Hamptons, and Palm Beach, recognized as one of the country’s prominent, high-end design/build firms, boasting numerous design awards. Mr. Kean sits on the Board of Northwell, LIJ Huntington Hospital, and the Board of the DNA Learning Center/Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.

As one of the founding partners of B2K Development, Steven Krieger has been an integral part of building the communities, the brands, and the relationships that the company is so well-known for. Some notable projects include The Bristal Assisted Living, Encore Luxury Living, and The Breeze and The Boardwalk in Long Beach. With over 30 years of industry experience, he brings unrivaled insight and expertise when it comes to identifying viable opportunities and creating value through real estate dealings.

Walter is CEO of Oden Development, specializing in real estate and sustainable housing, with a background in Media at Viacom and A&E, and strategic roles at the S.B.A. Known for innovative strategies and leadership, he managed significant revenue streams and a $750M loan portfolio. His board service includes positions across educational and economic development organizations. Recognized in the CableFax Sales Hall of Fame, Walter holds an MBA and has attended executive programs at top universities.

Daniel Scarda is a graduate of Georgetown University. During his college years, he worked as a strategic analyst at BNB Bank and BMO’s Investment Bank. Before joining The Crest Group, Daniel worked at Blackstone in their Real Estate Asset Management Group where he focused across asset classes in their US portfolio. He is a valued member of the management team at The Crest Group, focusing on business development, deal analysis, and performance evaluation.
